You can order by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours (on weekdays) of when they are placed
if the goods are available.When ordering, please use the prepared order form found on our web site (also available from the gold box below in PDF format), a photocopy of the form, or a blank sheet of paper, being sure to include all of the information as printed on the prepared form or as described below in "Information Required When Ordering". When ordering by email, please include a return FAX number and telephone number at which you can be reached.

When placing an order by E-mail or Mail, please be sure to include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your full mailing address including Postal Code
- Your home (evening) telephone number
- Your work (day) telephone number
- Your desired method of shipping (see shipping section)
- Your desired method of payment (see payment section)
Include the following product information on each item you wish to order:
- The quantity of the item you wish to order
- The Aero-Quest Part number of the item
- A brief description of the item
- If you wish to have the item backordered if it is currently out of stock
If all of these pieces of information are not included, we may be unable to fill your order or unable to contact you if we have questions with regard to your order.
