PLEASE NOTE: Currently we do not have a store to visit, but this will be rectified in the near future to house most of the products for display. By far, our largest volume of business is by mail order and fax customers. We honour all orders on a first come, first served basis, whether they are made by mail, fax, e-mail. We want to assure you that when you place an order with us, and we have reserved product for you, that we will not arbitrarily take it off your order to give to another customer. If you are going to travel some distance specifically to pick up product or to deal with a particular member of our staff, please call ahead of time and ensure that the product is here and that it can be reserved for you, or that the specific staff member will be on duty at the time.
